Two words for you. Self 👏🏼 Care 👏🏼
This one is an easy one. But I want to dispel some beliefs before I jump into the essential maintenance guide. You don’t need to change your body mass or muscle. There are women out there who want exactly your body type and structure.
I don’t to hear any of this “I’m too skinny”, “I’m as muscular as the guys at the gym”, “I’m too fat”, bull crap.
I know plenty of men and women alike who find their significant partner regardless of their body height, weight, shape, or size. It didn’t stop them and it won’t stop you.
Now that we have that thought taken care of… you do need to take care of your appearance and work with what you got.
Let’s get right into the list.
Unibrow – Pluck that sucker. Even if you don’t think you have one. You do. Buy some tweezers and pluck, pluck, pluck.
Nose Hairs – Trim them. You’d be surprised at how much you hair grows in there.
Facial Hair – Keep it clean. If you have a beard or mustache, learn how to take care of it. My person opinion is that mustaches add 0% to your attractiveness scale so I’d even go as far as saying you should save it off. Whatever you do, no neck beards please.
Teeth – Brush them before each date. Heck, every time you leave the house. If you want to go the extra mile, use mouthwash that actually works and doesn’t cover up the bad breath. TheraBreath
Acne – Identify what triggers your acne whether thats oily foods or chocolate and pull back on those a little. Consider going to a dermatologist about it if necessary. They can also help with scarring.
Nails – Trimmed and cleaned is what she’ll need.
Ears – Not much you need to do here besides clean out your earwax.
Clothes – Dress to fit your body weight and height. Stains or holes on your clothes? Get new ones. If your super tall, consider buying clothes for tall people. Same for if you’re a big teddy bear. Find a girly friend to ask if she could critique your clothes. They might even help you shop. Make sure you have nice clothes for dates.
Hair – You don’t have to be clean cut all the time but try styling according to the length that looks natural to you.
Pornography – Self care goes beyond physical appearance. Do your best, using the tools provided earlier, to stay far away from pornographic thoughts, words, and images. It’s best and easiest to withstand and shut this out at the start.
Job – Ambition can take many forms but the easiest way to show that you’re ambitious is in your full-time work. Don’t have a job? Get one. Don’t love your job? Create a plan to change it. Bottom line is—you need a solid answer when she asks or when your life comes up in conversation. Don’t wait to make plans for your life until you get married.
